All sponsorship packages are for the current calendar year (except Big Game Sponsor) and are not prorated. Annual sponsorships started September through December will be continued throughout the following year at no cost (as our season ends in early September).
Rochester Alternative Baseball Inc. (RABI) exercises full discretion over who is eligible to become a sponsor and the messaging shared on our digital and physical materials. Examples of unacceptable sponsor messaging include, but are not limited to, promotion of gambling, illegal drugs/substances, or firearms; depiction of any form of nudity/lewdness or illegal activity (at the federal, state, or local levels); or use of language which may be taken in a context that is offensive or contradicts the mission of RABI.
Sponsorships help defray costs to our players, many who already have significant financial burden due to medical, transportation, and lack of opportunities. Donations from sponsorships are used for equipment, insurance, uniforms, field usage fees, umpires, promotion, services, offset travel costs to games and tournaments, and offset costs to send players to national Alternative Baseball Organization events like the annual all-star game.
NEW for 2025: Returning sponsors that wish to reuse their existing banners can renew their sponsorship at a discounted rate. Please make sure to change the option at checkout to reuse your banner.
